Private couples can rent the BDSM Apartments ELEGANCE as an SM play area for an exclusive SM night. Our BDSM rooms can be used daily or by the hour for a fetish affair. The most diverse SM rooms are ideal for a BDSM game evening. These are also suitable for a BDSM meeting point or BDSM regulars' table.

Our SM apartments are also intended for commercial purposes. Photographers, film producers, event organizers, artists and private individuals can rent our location. Our SM rental studio can be used as an SM photo location as well as a BDSM film location. The studio is the ideal backdrop for photos (e.g. erotic & nude photos), film productions, BDSM video production. The use of the BDSM rental studios for private workshops is permitted.

BDSM equipment rental is possible on request.
